A one-day retreat with Jade & Ochre

A day to come home to yourself. Out of the noise. Out of the rush. Back to your breath, your body, your rhythm.

As summer’s energy fades and the days grow softer, we’re carving out a gentle pause in the countryside—an invitation to move, to rest, to reconnect with the parts of you that get lost in the busyness.

The day begins with a warm, energising blend of yoga and pilates co-taught by Ochre and Jade—just enough fire to shake off the week and feel a bit more present. We’ll move, flow, build some heat and then melt into a long, spacious savasana (the kind you wish would never end). We’ll then gather for a seasonal and nourishing vegetarian lunch, home-cooked by us.

In the afternoon, we’ll head outside for a slow walk through the countryside— fields, trees and open skies. A time to breathe, chat, or simply take in the quiet. You can go inward, or connect with others, there’s space for both. Back at the house, we’ll take a little pause for tea and homemade snacks before settling in for our final practice.

We’ll close the day with a slow and restorative yoga infused with Reiki, offered by both of us. Think soft blankets, supported shapes and long exhales. A deeply restful practice inviting you to drop into stillness and let go.

This retreat is a blend of what we love most: movement that brings you into yourself, rest that actually restores, simple food made with love, nature, stillness, and the kind of space that gently holds you. One of us leans into the fire, the other into the floaty stuff, and somewhere in between, that’s where the magic happens.

If you’re craving some space, a reset, or just a day that feels like a deep breath—we’d love for you to join us.

All levels, all bodies, all humans welcome.

your hosts

Ochre Seagrim

Ochre’s classes offer a thoughtful balance of focused strength and considered movement, designed to support you in meeting your body where it is today. With a diverse background as a yoga teacher, a foundation in dance and choreography, and dedicated training in Pilates, Ochre brings an inviting and creative approach to movement.

Her classes flow through carefully crafted sequences, encouraging you to explore movement with purpose and intention. You’ll find space to connect with yourself as you strengthen, lengthen, and mobilise - moving in ways that are both grounding and expansive.

Jade Brévi

Influenced by dance and movement in general, Jade’s classes are fiery, dynamic and most of all, fun! She aims to bring positivity to her classes through a compassionate and kind environment and is all about connecting with people. She doesn’t believe in one correct universal alignment that will work for everybody and focuses more on how poses feel rather than how they look.

Her classes are strong but always open and welcoming to all levels and abilities. Expect creative flows with a dash of playfulness, opportunities to challenge yourself and room to explore. Restorative postures will seal the practice, leaving you energised, light, and balanced. Great playlists come as standard!
