Arrivals from 3pm

4pm: Welcome drinks + snacks

5.30pm: Opening practice

8pm: Dinner

Day 2 to 5

8am: Meditation, breathwork and journalling

9am: Morning yoga (vinyasa - all levels)

11am: Brunch

12pm: Free time (massage, pool, siesta, walk)

1pm: Optional workshop or group activity

3pm: Snacks and refreshments

5.30pm: Evening practice (yoga, yin or sound)

8pm: Dinner

9.30pm: Free time (chats, games, moonlit swims, fire ceremony)

Day 6

7.30am - Closing practice

9am - Brunch

11am - Departures
